Went for lunch and to watch the rugby. Went to bar to order two drinks, grey haired gentleman behind the bar basically didn’t want to be there, practically grunted at me as he got our drinks. Asked for the food menu twice before receiving it. Sat in front bar where two tvs were on. One on rugby the other on horse racing. Sat down and when match started he switched it to both on horse racing, went to the bar and had to interrupt a conversation between him and his peers talking about betting on a horse. He then didn’t come over to ask did we want to order food. A lovely place if only they had the staff to live up to it!

Very good, reasonable, and interesting experience. Make sure you go all the way to the back of the pub! They did a splendid job of architecture integration.
